Wink IDV Proxy — Tester

Drives the four endpoints under /v1/idv/{providerId}/.... Bearer is required but its contents are not validated.

Forwarded as form fields to /wink/v1/enroll-login/face. Device-id resolution, in priority order: (1) DeviceInfo.BypassDeviceId: true skips the check entirely. (2) DeviceInfo.WinkDeviceId uses a Wink-issued device id. (3) IPQSRequestId derives one from IPQualityScore data. (4) Otherwise Wink falls back to ExternalDeviceId, which must be registered with the merchant or Wink withholds the accessToken. Any field empty/omitted is skipped; the omitted ones fall back to env defaults / hardcoded.

When the Wink box below is checked, this profile is sent as winkProfile in the body so the proxy can compare against IntelliCheck's finalized OCR. Auto-fills from a successful /back/wink call.
